YOUNGSTOWN -- The ENCOREplus Program at the Youngstown YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave., will have the Mammovan at the Phelps Street parking lot from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday. Safety Council classes
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Northeast Ohio Chapter, National Safety Council, will have classes in CPR from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at the chapter office, 25 Boardman St.; First Aid, 5-9 p.m. Thursday, chapter office; and Safety Management for Small Business, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Sept. 11, Youngstown State University.
