A police report says a 14-year-old boy was behind the wheel when a car crashed into the building.

WARREN -- Repairs will begin soon to Packard Shelter House, which was damaged after a teen-ager without a driver's license drove through its front door in July.
David Mazzochi, a maintenance superintendent with the city's operations department, told Packard Band trustees Thursday he's received estimates for repairs.
Trustees said they were not aware of the July 19 accident that wasn't listed on police logs from that day.
A report says the 14-year-old Niles teen was sitting inside a parked car at the shelter house and put the car into drive.
The car then struck the building in the front, near the entrance.
No injuries were reported.
Mazzochi said operations department crews were there cleaning up from about 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
The company that insures the vehicle has been in contact with the city and a claim has been filed.
Estimates: The city has received two repair estimates -- one for $2,500 and another for $3,000.
Mazzochi said the vehicle drove through the front door and knocked some bricks out, but didn't do much damage to the building's structure.
He added that the shelter house was rented out at the time of the crash.
Also Thursday, trustees said they received a letter from a Newark, Ohio, consultant who would like to be kept on retainer to help with planning short- and long-term goals and capital improvements.
The board has been working with Jeffrey Gress of ArtSpace Design Ltd. on planning initiatives.
Board president John Bentz said he's not comfortable putting Gress on retainer until capital improvement plans are under way.
Trustees meet next at 10 a.m. Sept. 20.
