Watson, 36, Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.Dwan Rodgers, 20, North Forest Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine.Ann M. Creekmore, 33, Hightree Street S.E., Warren; aggravated vehicular homicide.Matthew D. Simon, 21, North River Road N.E., Warren; 3 counts of breaking and entering, 2 counts of theft.Anthony Ray Johnson, 44, Milton Avenue, Newton Falls; 2 counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.Shireece D. Potter, 27, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin.
