Richard L. Heitman, 38, Oxford, Niles, grand theft of a motor vehicle.
William E. Jones, 31, Cedar Avenue, Sharon, Pa., two counts of assault on a peace officer.
William H. Poehler, 40, Trumbull County jail, two counts forgery, attempted unlawful possession of a dangerous and misuse of a credit card.
Robert E. Ball, 47, Martin Luther King Blvd., Warren, burglary and possession of criminal tools.
Jeffrey L. Stevens, 24, Phillips Rice Road, Cortland, theft of drugs.
Shawn Price, 22, Trumbull County jail, possession of crack cocaine.
Becky L. Summers, 34, Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles, complicity to robbery.
Lillian D. Blaney, 21, Warren-Burton Road, Southington, receiving stolen property and forgery.
Jesse Ray Rodgers, 26, School Street, Warren, possession of crack cocaine and possession of cocaine.
Charles P. Serafino, 45, Hubbard-Bedford Road, Hubbard, a misdemeanor count of domestic violence.
Jawan B. Starkey, 21, Landsdown, Youngstown, receiving stolen property and forgery.
Joseph A. Brady, 20, Orange-Kinsman, Burghill, four counts of forgery and four counts receiving stolen property.
