Residence: She lives at 2964 Karl St., Youngstown, with her niece, Jeri Ahart.
Married: Was married for 27 years to Elijah Thompson who died in June 1979.
Background: Came to Youngstown in 1939. Worked as a restaurant cook, at the Ravenna Arsenal and retired in 1973 from the Tuberculosis Sanatorium in Austintown. She is a member of Gospel Temple Baptist Church in Campbell where she sang in the choir.
Celebration: A family dinner is being held today at her home. Hosts for the event are her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews of the Bevly family.
