MONDAY
XEast Liverpool Dahlia Society will meet at 6 p.m. at the home of Rodney and Kay Toth, 5637 W. Liberty St. (Route 304), Hubbard. Visiting the gardens and a judging session will be on the agenda. Guests are welcome. For information, call Toth at (330) 759-1993.
TUESDAY
XGleaners will meet at 10 a.m. at the home of Millie Campean for a picnic and auction. Election of officers also will be held. Members are to take a casserole and items for the auction.
XMembers of Moccasin will meet at Patty Clark's garden for a walk in the neighborhood.
XA picnic and swim party is planned for 7:30 p.m. for members of New Bedford at the home of Gert Bretz. Members are to take a covered dish to share.
WEDNESDAY
XKaren Myers will be hostess for the 8 p.m. meeting of Country Lane. The program will be the Canfield Fair project, and Dorris Niswander will be in charge of the basket.
THURSDAY
XCoitsville will have a picnic at 6 p.m. Hostesses will be Sadie Bayowski and Anne Bunofsky.
SATURDAY
XShade gardening will be the topic for the 1 p.m. meeting of Sunflower. Nellie V. Byrd will give the program, and hostess will be Geneva Dothard.
