XCanfield High School classes of 1940, 1941 and 1942 will hold a reunion Sept. 8 at A La Cart Catering, Diamond Back Golf Course, 9399 Leffingwell Road, Canfield. The gathering will be at noon, and at 1 p.m. there will be a sit-down dinner at which the entree will be a choice of stuffed chicken breast, Swiss steak or baked white fish. Mail checks for $16 and the choice of entree by Aug. 28. XThe 81st reunion of the descendants of James and Esther Swartz McCue is planned for Aug. 18 at Tuscora Park, New Philadelphia. Participants will meet at 11 a.m. at lakeside pavilions 1 and 2 on the lower level of the park. Those attending should take food, beverages and tableware. The event includes the descendants of James McCue's brothers John and Thomas McCue and sisters, Margaret Lapella, Jane McCutcheon and Elizabeth Hazlett.
