9 a.m.: kickoff breakfast, Hippodrome.11 a.m. and 3 p.m.: music by Marco. 4 p.m.: pizzelle demonstration; 5 p.m. Italian herbs; 6 p.m. coffee party -- Park Perks; 7 p.m., history of Italy's regional flags.5 p.m.-11 p.m.: boccie tournament.5:45 p.m.: Pizza Splash registration; 7 p.m., Pizza Splash Run (3.1 miles).Main stage: 2 p.m., Tiny King & amp; Queen Contest; 5 p.m., Miss Italian Pageant; 6:30-8 p.m., Franko Simone e Le Onde; 8:15-10:30 p.m., Expresso "5."Beer tent: 2-5 p.m., John Gabriele; 6-11 p.m., Rex Taneri.
SATURDAY
9 a.m.-11 p.m.: boccie tournament; 1 p.m., music by Marco (next to the information booth); 2 p.m., morra tournament.11 a.m.: wine-tasting competition, gazebo.3 p.m.: Old Italian Kitchen.4 p.m.: pizzelle demonstration.5 p.m.: performance by voice students from Youngstown State University's Dana School of Music, followed by a social hour.7 p.m.: pasta-making demonstration.7:30-9 p.m.: Warren Concert Band, Market Street.Children's entertainment: 1-2 p.m., O.C.
