PRECAUTIONS Lincoln Place

Lincoln Place, a residential center for youth on the city's South Side, takes these measures to prevent runaways:
Staff-to-resident ratio is 1-to-8.
Children are accounted for every 15 minutes.
A Mahoning County deputy sheriff provides security on weekends, when most runaway incidents occur.
Cameras are in each of the facility's units.
An alarm sounds whenever an outside door is opened.
