LOWELLVILLE -- Nuptial vows were exchanged at 2 p.m. July 7 at Holy Rosary Church as Ericka Geiss of Canfield and Richard J. Minniti II of Lowellville were united in marriage by the Rev. Gerald DeLucia.
After a reception at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman, the couple honeymooned at Captiva Island, Fla.
The daughter of Karen Geiss, Poland, and the late Charles Geiss and son of Richard and Kathleen Minniti, Lowellville, live in Canfield.
The bride's matte satin ballgown was enhanced with beading on the bodice and at the hemline.
Marla Marino and Jessica Marino, the bride's cousins and honor attendants, wore pale purple gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Tracey Geiss, the bride's sister-in-law; Alicia Ethen, a sister of the groom; Maura Scott; and Lisa O'Donnell. Flower girls were Sadie Geiss, the bride's niece, and her cousins, MaKenzie Kuchmaner and Taylor Krawchyk.
Joseph Minniti was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Andy Minniti, his cousin; Joe Ethen, his brother-in-law; Chuck Geiss, the bride's brother; Vince Barone; and Robert O'Donnell. Ring bearer was the bride's cousin, Victor Kuchmaner, and ushers were the groom's cousins, Seth Stiener and James Scharrer.
The bride, a teacher at Austintown Fitch High School holds a bachelor's degree in English from Youngstown State University where she is pursuing a master's.
The groom, a sales estimator with Vulcraft Sales Corp., Boardman, will graduate in December from YSU with a degree in finance.
