YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Schiavone Funeral Home for Warren H. Swisher, 70, of 232 1/2 Clarencedale Ave., who died Saturday morning in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mr. Swisher was born Nov. 16, 1930, in Fairmont, W.Va., a son of Harold and Madalini Huey Swisher, and came to the area in 1955.
He worked for various railroads in Ohio and West Virginia, and retired in 1986.
He was a member of VFW Post 99 and played pool at various taverns. He was an Army veteran.
He leaves a son, Randy of Spencer, W.Va.; three daughters, Reba Prelee of Liberty, and Bonnie and Rita Swisher, both of Girard; a sister, June Stratler of Parkersburg, W.Va.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A nephew whom he reared, Robert Huey, and a sister are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
