YOUNGSTOWN -- The Garden Forum of the Greater Youngstown Area held a flower show April 21 at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitor Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park.
Design and horticulture entries were judged by Margaret Mary Walsh, Elsie DeHoff and June Johnston.
Garden club members winning blue ribbons were Pearl Marlos and Irene Copeland, Silver Leaf; Sheila Bowman, Salem; Martha Murphy and Audrey Korenic, St. Edward; Mary Schall, Wilma Payne, DeHoff and Irene John, Section B Austintown; Stephen Soltis, Youngstown Men's; and Marlene Menold, member-at-large.
Gold seals were presented to Marlos for her artistic arrangement and to Murphy in the horticulture division.
