TRUMBULL COUNTY Grand jury indictments

The Trumbull County grand jury indicted 41 people. The grand jury reported Wednesday in the courtroom of Judge John Stuard. Charges against each are:
Brett J. Mitchell, 22, Willow Northeast, Warren, possession of marijuana.
Kevin Lelesch, 20, Robbins Avenue, Niles, theft, burglary and receiving stolen property.
Michael D. Huffman, 20, Davis Street, Masury, aggravated burglary and complicity to felonious assault.
Raymond A. Ser, 22, Broadway Avenue, Masury, aggravated burglary and complicity to felonious assault.
Linda White, 45, no street address available, Niles, three counts of theft of drugs.
Diane Gordon, 44, North Forest Avenue, Youngstown, six counts deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
Michael McGhee, 47, Clearwater, Warren, four counts deception to obtain a dangerous drug and four counts illegal processing of drug documents.
John E. Kopp, 33, Brookfield Avenue, Masury, three counts of rape, two counts of rape, pandering obscenity involving a minor and nine counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
Darnel T. Sharper, 25, Dora Avenue, Youngstown, preparation of drugs for sale.
Thomas V. Bedlion, 38, Warren Road, Kinsman, aggravated vehicular assault while driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Kimberly A. Gremling, 29, no street address available, Burghill, two counts aggravated vehicular assault while driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Christopher Coldewey, 20, Roberts Lane, Warren, theft.
Desmond Washington, 21, Candace Drive, Warren, possession of crack cocaine.
Michael Lee Green, 20, Niles-Carver Road, McDonald, aggravated possession of drugs with cash forfeiture.
Michael T. Zellefrow, 21, Harris Street, Sharon, aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
Jarrod J. Kish, 21, Wilson-Sharpsville Road, Fowler, felonious assault.
Cornelius J. Somerville, 20, no street address available, Farrell, Pa., a misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Kenneth J. Morse, 22, no street address available, Orwell, theft, burglary and receiving stolen property.

Edgel T. Cline, 41, Valley Boulevard, Niles, possession of crack cocaine.
Lawrence Mac Mitchum, 38, Berkley Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and receiving stolen property.
Stephen A. Pascute, 43, state Route 45, Bristolville, a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass.
Samuel D. Rogers, 31, Lakeview Drive, Cortland, four counts breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle, possessing criminal tools and vandalism.
Ronald L. Davis Jr., 28, Maryland, Warren, robbery and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Jonathan M. Ranker, 25, Lovers Lane, Warren, breaking and entering and attempted grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Glenn Eric Stephens, 35, Circle Street, Niles, robbery and vandalism.
Vania Miekeley, 31, Shorecrest Drive, Columbia, S.C., unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft.
Mark A. Mikolaj, 39, Forsythe Avenue, Girard, possession of crack cocaine and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass.
Barbara Ann Smith, 39, Knollwood, Poland, five counts forgery and a count each of passing bad checks, tampering with records and possessing criminal tools.
Rasheen L. Daniels, 18, no street address available, Warren, burglary, theft and grand theft of a firearm.
Alonzo F. Ball, 40, Tod, Warren, burglary.
Ronald Scott Henderson, 31, Maple Avenue, Niles, receiving stolen property.
