Jamar L. Burkley is the focus of Crime Stoppers of Greater Youngstown this week:
Charge: Carrying a concealed weapon.Details: A warrant has been issued by Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. Burkley was last known to be living on Youngstown's South Side.Description of subject: Burkley is black, 20, 5 feet 10 inches and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
