YOUNGSTOWN -- Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home for Phillip Eugene Adams, 50, of 850 E. Midlothian Blvd., formerly of East Marion Avenue, who died of complications of liver disease Sunday in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mr. Adams was born Dec. 24, 1950, in Youngstown, a son of L.C. and Lillian Frost Adams. He was a 1970 Youngstown South High School graduate.
He leaves two sisters, L'Civia and Cheryl Adams, both of Youngstown.
His parents are deceased.
There are no calling hours.
