OCEANSIDE, CALIF.

The Rev. Ken Hoelscher heard the exchange of vows between Savannah Marie Cicchillo and James Tyler Neal during a wedding ceremony at sunset Feb. 24 at The North Strand at Oceanside Beach, Oceanside, Calif.

After the newlyweds received congratulations at a reception at The Yard House Restaurant in Carlsbad, Calif., they honeymooned in San Diego. The couple reside in Oceanside and plan to relocate to Kodiak, Alaska, in June.

The bride is the daughter of Tina Reed of Youngstown and William and Kayci Cicchillo of Sparta, Tenn. Parents of the groom are Janette Dillon of Oceanside and Darrell Neal of Youngstown.

A strapless gown of white duchess satin with lace detail was worn by the bride.

Her mother, Tina Reed, was honor attendant.

Keith Neal, brother of the groom, served as best man.

Mrs. Neal attended Volunteer State University in Cookeville, Tenn., and serves in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Mr. Neal attended Eastern Gateway Community College in Youngstown and is an electrician apprentice for California Conservation Corps in San Diego.
