Stroll Off benefits Beatitude House

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown State University students from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity recently sponsored a National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Stroll Off to benefit Beatitude House.

The groups are members of the NPHC, which is an organization of nine historically black international Greek-lettered fraternities and sororities.

The focus of the member organizations is camaraderie and academic excellence for its members and service to their communities.

During strolling, NPHC members move together in a line expressing pride for their organization.

Those who attended were encouraged to donate an item from Beatitude House’s wish list.

Beatitude House is committed to serving all disadvantaged women and children.
