Warren man indicted on federal cocaine, heroin charges


PITTSBURGH

A federal grand jury has indicted a Warren man on a charge that he possessed with intent to distribute crack cocaine and heroin.

Matthew Hosey, 61, who purportedly committed the crime April 24, faces up to 30 years in prison and up to a $2 million fine if he’s convicted.

The case was investigated by the FBI, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
