CANFIELD

May 3

Drug paraphernalia: Police charged Lisa Winwood, 32, of 765 E. Third St., Salem, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

May 8

Warrant: Police arrested Ronald Wilson, 36, of 18 Union St., Columbiana, on a warrant for failure to appear in Columbiana Court.

May 10

Drug abuse: Police charged Brenna Diana, 22,of 1361 Fox Run, Boardman, with drug abuse after her arrest in the city.

AUSTINTOWN

May 6

Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 40 block of Placid Blvd.

Theft: Three Coca-Cola vending machines were vandalized and money taken at Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road.

Theft: A purse was stolen from an auto parked at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Telecommunications harassment: There is a suspect in telecommunications harassment at a home in the 4000 block of Woodmere Drive.

Drug offense: Cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found in a vehicle parked at a home in the 200 block of Westminster Avenue.

May 7

Burglary: $64 was taken from a home in the 40 block of Rosemont Avenue. Entry was gained through an unlocked window.

Telecommunications harassment: A male is a suspect in telecommunications harassment at a home in the 4000 block of Woodmere Drive.

Felonious assault: A woman attempted to run her boyfriend over with her car at a home in the 3000 block of Elmwood Avenue.

Counterfeiting: A counterfeit $10 bill was recovered at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Aggravated burglary: Checks were taken for the second time at a home in the 4000 block of Pine Trace Drive.

Vehicle theft: A 1997 Chevrolet Trailblazer was stolen from a home in the 1000 block of North Meridian Road.

Criminal damaging: A window was damaged at a home in the 200 block of North Beverly Avenue.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Kathleen Hartman, 53, of 495 Ohltown Road, for shoplifting at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: A laptop was stolen at an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.

Criminal damaging: Spray paint to a building was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Theft: Police charged Vincent D’Astolfo, 20, of 5601 Tulane Ave., with shoplifting at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Brandon Seamons, 29, of 25 W. Liberty St., Mineral Ridge, on a warrant for criminal trespassing.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Nicholas Molina, 24, of Youngstown, for possession of marijuana and Steven DiRenzo Jr., 18, of 39 Halls Heights Ave., Youngstown, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after their arrest in the township.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Alvin Williams, 58, of 4831 Westchester Drive, No. 303, for theft at Sheetz gas station.

Domestic violence: Police charged Zachary Loswego, 19, of 105 S. Inglewood Ave., with the crime after his arrest in the township.

Lost or stolen property: A woman lost her military identification in the 4000 block of Viall Road.

Breaking and entering: A copper pipe was taken from a home in the 5000 block of Willowcrest Drive.

Aggravated robbery: A teenager assaulted another teenager and took money at a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.

May 9

Theft: A bank account was accessed at a home in the 400 block of Idlewood Road.

Theft: A Canfield High School ring was stolen from a home in the 5000 block of Vassar Avenue.

Property damage: Property damage was reported at Walgreen’s, 40 N. Meridian Road.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at North Yorkshire Boulevard and Oakwood Avenue.

Personal injury: A 6-year-old boy was injured after he was bitten by a dog at a home in the 6000 block of North Raccoon Road.

Theft: A check was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Warrant: Police arrested Frank Clark, 31, of 48 Kenmar Court, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge in Struthers Municipal Court.

Recovered property: A man’s wallet, minus the money in it, was recovered at Walmart.

Attempted breaking and entering: Someone attempted a break-in at J.C. Fodale Energy, 545 N. Canfield-Niles Road. The suspect fled on foot.

May 10

Telecommunications harassment: Phone harassment was reported at a home in the 2000 block of Birch Trace Drive.

Theft: A female stole an energy drink at Walgreen’s, 40 N. Meridian Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Jason Gray, 32, of 3834 Potomac Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant for domestic violence.

Shoplifting: Police charged John Petrello, 24, of 6879 Kirk Road, Canfield, with shoplifting $44.64 in merchandise at Walmart.

Menacing: A male was threatened by his ex-wife’s boyfriend at a home in the 3000 block of Johnson Farm.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Valeria Jack, 48, of 653 N. Hazelwood Ave., Youngstown, for theft at Dollar General, 1739 S. Raccoon Road. Police said she took socks and underwear.

May 11

Theft: A male stole underwear from Dollar General, 1739 S. Raccoon Road, and fled in a white van.

May 12

Theft: A wallet was stolen from a truck at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

May 12

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Linnette Demary, 33, of 515 Hancock St., Pleasant Unity, Pa., for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana after her arrest in the township.

Theft: A total of $81.56 in food was stolen at Nicolinni’s Restaurant, 1912 S. Raccoon Road.
