Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs will meet at noon for a luncheon at Shepherd of the Valley, 301 W. Western Reserve Road, Poland. The program will be the annual awards and scholarship presentation and installation of the new president. Music will be provided by Sean Baran, and meditation will be given by Judy Robison.
