Ticket sales to benefit Warner Film Center


NEW CASTLE, PA.

The board of trustees of the nonprofit Warner Film Center announces that sales of sweepstakes raffle tickets have begun.

The raffle of three major prizes is open to the public and will take place July 1, 2 and 3. Tickets cost $10 each, and only 1,000 will be sold. All proceeds go to the Warner Brothers’ film birthplace construction and development fund.

The grand prize is seven nights in a luxury suite at Bonnet Creek Resort, near Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla.

The film center will depict the Warners’ first theater and life in western Pennsylvania around 1907.
