Lions fish dinner raises funds

The Canfield Lions Club serves fish every Friday at A La Cart Catering on Lisbon Street in Canfield from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Lions serve the food and set and clear the tables. The cost for the meals is $10 and includes drinks and desserts. The profits from these dinners allow the Canfield Lions Club to donate to Ohio Pilot Dogs, Lions International Foundation, Ohio Lions Eye Research Foundation, Diabetes Foundation, Amigos Program, Ohio Lions Foundation, Student Vosh Program and District 13-D Eye Care Foundation at the District 13-D District Convention.

The Canfield Lions Club serves needs in the community such as eye screening in the schools, Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets, Alzheimer Association, YMCA Strong Kids Foundation, Student Community Service Trip, Lion Roy Hall Memorial, Ed Port Needs, Morrissey Needs among others and are glad to be of help.
