Offer of burial plot is unconfirmed

vienna

A township cemetery is refusing to confirm reports that one of its burial plots has been offered to the late Boston Marathon bombing suspect.

Broadcast reports said a man who owns a plot in the Crown Hill Burial Park has offered it for the burial of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed in a gunbattle with police after the April 15 bombing at the Boston Marathon that killed three people and injured more than 260.

The cemetery, through its answering service Monday evening, said that hasn’t been confirmed.
