CORRECTION

In a story headlined “MVSD seeks OK for rate increases” on Page A3 of Sunday’s editions, the rate that the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District sells water to its member communities was incorrect. The correct rate is $1.92 per 1,000 gallons of water.
