Golf scramble set for Hickory course

HERMITAGE, PA.

Penn State Shenango Alumni Society will have its 12th annual Golf Scramble on June 15 at Hickory VFW Golf Course, 4586 E State St.

Each golfer will be entered in a drawing for golf for four at the Penn State Blue and White Course.

Proceeds from the scramble will benefit Penn State Shenango scholarships and special projects.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 9. The cost is $80 per person, which includes 18 holes; cart (skin games included); continental breakfast, lunch and dinner; beverages on the course; hole-in-one contests; door prize drawings; first, overall awards; men’s and women’s skill prizes; and a top finishing all-ladies team prize.
