Maurice J. Dow, 56, of Short Street, illegal conveyance of cocaine onto the grounds of a detention facility, two counts of cocaine possession with forfeiture specifications, and being a felon with a gun.

Jan Martin, 46, of Fifth Avenue or Kendis Circle; Special Strickland, 24, of Short Street; and Christine Willis, 37, of Hubbard- Middlesex Road, West Middlesex, cocaine possession.

Dustin Hennings, 31, of Quinn Street, illegal gun possession, menacing by stalking, and carrying concealed weapons.

Robert Carter, 34, of Shehy Street, failure to comply with a police order.

Fred Hardy, 23, of Alameda Avenue, harassment with bodily substance.

Stephanie Morehead, 24, of Harbor Drive, Lake Milton, theft.

Justin E. Normandin, 26, of Filmore Avenue, heroin possession.

Wayne M. Schofield, 21, of Kelly Street, Mineral Ridge, two counts of grand theft.

Bralin R. Allen, 24, of Erskine Avenue, Boardman, heroin possession with a forfeiture specification.

Frederick R. Fleming III, 47, of Sierra Madre Trail, heroin possession.

Timothy N. Harvey Jr., 51, of Southern Boulevard NW or Parkman Road NW, Warren, passing bad checks.

Ronald A. Scurti, 47, of South Osborn Avenue, passing bad checks.

Jimmie Carter, 52, of Garfield Street, retaliation.

Edward DeJesus, 21, of Parkview Avenue, two counts of harassment with bodily substance.

Kenneth J. Adams, 29, of East Fourth Street, Salem, cocaine possession and trafficking with forfeiture specifications.

Tedy Mendez, 22, of Winchester Avenue, marijuana possession.
