Abducted teen found bound in basement

DAYTON (AP) -- Police rescued a 17-year-old boy found bound and gagged in the basement of a home on the city's west side.
Police Lt. Randy Beane said the teen was apparently abducted outside Colonel White High School on Thursday and taken to the home. Beane said he did not know why the boy was abducted or whether it was a case of mistaken identity.
He said police had received complaints of drug activity on the street.
