Parent announce Melquist-Pelanda wedding plans

XThe engagement of Jessica Melquist, 94 Boardman Blvd., Boardman, and Shane Pelanda, 3940 Edenrock Ave., Canfield, is being announced by their parents, Ken and Pam Melquist, 172 Argyle Ave., Boardman, and Lawrence and Diane Pelanda, of the Edenrock Avenue address.
The bride-elect, a stylist with Pecchia's Salon in Boardman, graduated as a cosmetologist from Raphael's Beauty and Culture School, Boardman.
The future groom is a part-time manager with Chick-Fil-A in Boardman and is pursuing a degree in nursing at Youngstown State University.
The couple will be married at 5 p.m. March 11 at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Austintown, where a reception will be held after the ceremony. Invitations will be issued for both.
