XCol. Louis J. Campbell VFW Post 3538, 157 Lowellville Road, Struthers, will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Meals will be served with meatballs, salad, bread and butter, and coffee. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 8. Carryout orders are $5.50 and will be available only until 6 p.m. Containers will be provided.
XCroatian Home will hold a pasta dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubrooms at 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. Dinners will feature your choice of red or white spaghetti, ravioli or cavatelli, salad, bread and butter and coffee. Proceeds will benefit the club's building fund.
Friday
XHoly Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will be selling potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to noon Friday at (330) 755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Orders may be picked up from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide containers.
XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will be serving its original fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; and bread and butter, coffee or tea. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.
XHoly Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pirogi and hot pirogi lunches. Orders will be taken from 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday at (330) 746-9528. Orders should be placed early and are to be picked up by 2 p.m. Friday. The cost of pirogi is $4 per dozen.
XNational Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, 2759 Lipkey Road, North Jackson, will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $9 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under. The menu will feature baked or fried fish, a cook's choice fish or 21-piece shrimp, and a choice of hot foods and salad. Dessert also is included along with coffee, tea or punch. XSt. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders are taken at (330) 747-3024 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 8 to 1 Friday, based upon availability. The cost is $4 a dozen for potato and kraut and for cottage cheese. Lunches are served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers and use the side entrance.

XCanfield United Methodist Church, 27 S. Broad St., will serve chicken and biscuit dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. The cafeteria-style meals include mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, applesauce and dessert. The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children 5 to 12. Carryouts will be available.
XKiwanis Club of Vienna will hold an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. at Vienna Presbyterian Church, Warren-Sharon Road. Tickets are $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $3 for those 5 and up.
XNew Bedford Presbyterian Church, Marr Road, New Bedford, Pa., will hold a pancake and sausage breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Cost is $4 for adults and $2.50 for children 12 and under.
XQueen of the Holy Rosary Church, 291 Scoville Drive, Vienna, will serve a creamed chicken on biscuit dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for children 6 to 12 and free for those 5 and under. The menu will include mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans, applesauce, cranberry sauce, dessert and beverage. Takeouts will be available.
XStruthers Rotary will hold a spaghetti dinner from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at St. Nicholas Hall, 764 Fifth St. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Takeouts will be available. There will be a 50-50 raffle and a gift basket raffle. Tickets are available from any Struthers Rotarian or at the door.

XCapt. Charles M. Marino Post 3, Italian-American War Veterans, 113 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, will serve spaghetti dinners from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The cost is $5.50 for adults and $3 for children 6 to 10. Those under 6 may eat for free. Carryouts also will be available; containers can be purchased or patrons may provide their own.
XImmaculate Heart of Mary Church will serve pot roast dinners from noon to 4 p.m. at the parish center, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown. Meals will include gravy, mashed garlic potatoes, green beans, salad, dessert, bread and coffee or tea (pop is $1 extra). Dinners are $7.05. The children's menu features three chicken strips, sauce, french fries, salad, dessert and beverage, costing $3.95.
XSt. Brendan Family Life Committee will hold a roast pork dinner from noon to 4 p.m. at Maxwell Hall on South Schenley Avenue. The menu will include mashed potatoes or buttered red skin potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, coffee and homemade desserts. Meals will be $8 for adults and $4 for children under 12.
