"Monk" (10 p.m., USA): Our favorite obsessive-compulsive genius detective returns tonight as "Monk" resumes its season with a string of fresh episodes. Monk (Tony Shaloub) will soon be forced to face one of his greatest fears -- visiting the dentist.
"Ben 10" (9 p.m., Cartoon Network): Ten-year-old Ben Tennyson is able to transform himself into any of 10 alien beings with a flick of his wrist, which activates his superpowers. But he's still a kid at heart and has trouble figuring out how to act like a superhero. This new half-hour sci-fi action-adventure series airs regularly on Saturday at 10 a.m., part of a retooled Saturday morning lineup on Cartoon Network.
