THURSDAY
XCroatian Home will hold a pasta dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubrooms at 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. Dinners feature your choice of red or white spaghetti, ravioli or cavatelli, salad, bread and butter and coffee. Proceeds will benefit the club's building fund.
FRIDAY
XGuilford Lake Ruritan Club, Route 172 at Hanna Drive, will sponsor an all you can eat fish fry from 3:30 to 7 p.m. The menu will include potato, green beans, coleslaw, bread, ice cream and beverage. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Carryouts will be available.
XHoly Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will be selling potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to noon Friday at (330) 755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Orders may be picked up from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide containers.
XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will be serving its original fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; and bread and butter, coffee or tea. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.
XHoly Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pirogi and hot pirogi lunches. Orders will be taken from 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday at (330) 746-9528. Orders should be placed early and are to be picked up by 2 p.m. Friday. The cost of pirogi is $4 per dozen.
XImmaculate Heart of Mary Church will serve a fish dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. at the parish center, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown. The cost is $7.95, and the menu includes fried or broiled fish, macaroni and cheese, pirogi, coleslaw, bread and butter, dessert and coffee or tea. Iced tea and pop will be available for an extra $1. A children's menu will be available.
XNational Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, 2759 Lipkey Road, North Jackson, will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $9 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under. The menu will feature baked or fried fish, a cook's choice fish or 21-piece shrimp, and a choice of hot foods and salad. Dessert also is included along with coffee, tea or punch. XPotato pirogi will be sold at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 4310 Kirk Road, Austintown. To order call (330) 799-0084 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost is $4 per dozen. Patrons may provide their own containers and are asked to use the side entrance.
XSt. Anthony Church, 1125 Turin Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pizza and other Italian treats. Orders may be placed by calling (330) 746-9577 from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and must be picked up by 1 p.m. Friday.
XPotato, prune and kraut pirogi will be sold at St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell. Cost is $4 a dozen. Phone orders may be made beginning at 8 a.m. at (330) 755-1316, and orders can be picked up beginning at noon. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers. No walk-in orders will be available.
XSt. Paul the Apostle Church, Main Street, New Middletown, will sell potato, sweet cabbage and cottage cheese pirogi. Orders can be called to (330) 542-3525 from 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.
XSt. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders are taken at (330) 747-3024 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 8 to 1 Friday, based upon availability. The cost is $4 a dozen for potato and kraut and for cottage cheese. Lunches are served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers and use the side entrance.
XSt. Vincent De Paul Church, 4453 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna, will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. The menu will feature baked or fried fish, pirogi, parsley potatoes, coleslaw, applesauce, bread and butter, beverage and homemade dessert. Takeouts will be available, and the cost is $7.50 for adults, $7 for senior citizens, $4 for students 6 to 12 and free for children 6 and under.
XA pirogi and haluski sale will be from noon to 5 p.m. at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, 185 Laird Ave. N.E., Warren. Advance orders may be called in from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday to (330) 393-0781.

XSimon Road Church of God, 4750 Simon Road, Boardman, will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Meals will include meatballs, bread, salad, applesauce, sherbet and beverage. The cost is $6 for adults, $3.50 for children 5 to 11 and free for those 4 and under.
XVFW Post 3307, 1351 Albert St., Youngstown, will serve spaghetti dinners from 2 to 7 p.m. Meals will include meatballs, bread and salad; the cost is $5 for adults and $2.50 for children.
SUNDAY
XCapt. Charles M. Marino Post 3, Italian-American War Veterans, 113 S. Meridian Road, will hold a spaghetti dinner from noon to 5 p.m. The cost is $5.50 for adults, $3 for children 6 to 10 and free for those under 6. Patrons may take their own containers or purchase one at the post.
XFowler Volunteer Fire Department will hold its monthly pancake, sausage and egg breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the fire station, state Route 193. Prices are $5 for adults, $3.50 for senior citizens and children 6 to 12, and free for preschoolers.
XRoast beef dinners will be served from noon to 2 p.m. by the Men's Club of Kinsman Presbyterian Church, 6383 Church St. Tickets are $6.50 for adults and $3.50 for children under 12, and will be available at the door. For more details call the church at (330) 876-4485.
