Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Jan. 11: Super dog on a bun with diced onion and ketchup, broccoli cuts, baked-bean quintet, apple and milk.
Thursday, Jan. 12: Unbreaded pork cutlet, Spanish rice, health salad, bread with margarine, regular or diet chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Friday, Jan. 13: Baked fish with tartar sauce, parslied potatoes, fall mixed vegetables dinner roll with margarine, regular or diet applesauce and milk.
Saturday, Jan. 14: Bologna and cheese on wheat bread with mustard, potato salad, celery with ranch dressing, grape juice and milk.
Monday, Jan. 16: Veal parmigiana with sauce, conique potatoes, Italian green beans, dinner roll with margarine, regular or diet peanut butter cookie and milk.
Tuesday, Jan. 17: Rigatoni with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, green beans, coleslaw, Italian bread with margarine, fresh fruit and milk.

Trumbull county
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.

Thursday, Jan. 12: Unbreaded pork cutlet, Spanish rice, health salad, bread with margarine, regular or sugar-free chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Friday, Jan. 13: Baked fish with tartar sauce, parslied potatoes, fall mixed vegetables dinner roll with margarine, regular or diet applesauce and milk.
Monday, Jan. 16: Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Tuesday, Jan. 17: Rigatoni with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, green beans, coleslaw, Italian bread with margarine, cherry pie (fresh fruit available) and milk.
