XThe executive board of 1418 Retirees will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Struthers hall, where a membership meeting will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Dues are payable.

XPoland Chapter 2520, AARP, will meet at 1 p.m. Jan. 16 at Poland United Methodist Church, U.S. Route 224. Barbara Carlson, a Giant Eagle pharmacist, will discuss Medicare D, the new prescription drug plan. A board of directors meeting will be held beforehand at 12:30. Members are reminded to take items for the Poland Pantry.
People 50 and older are welcome to join the chapter.
AARP 3104
XCanfield Chapter 3104, AARP, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church, where blood pressure screenings will be available from noon until meeting time. Officers will be installed, reports will be given and dues collected. Reservations and a deposit will be accepted for a trip to Cleveland to see the play, "Wicked," and for dinner afterward. XBridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church.
