XMIDDLEBURG, Va. -- Briar Patch Bed and Breakfast Resort was the setting at 3 p.m. Nov. 26 for the wedding of Katherine Rose Weber and William David Chrapcynski, both of Springfield, Va.
The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Michael Wild, and a reception was held immediately afterward.
The couple left on a wedding trip to Disney World in Florida. They live on Bauer Drive in Springfield.
Parents of the bride are Robert and Jan Weber of Champaign, Ill. The groom's parents are William and Pauline Chrapcynski, 3444 Lawnview Ave., Lowellville.
The bride wore a sleeveless white satin A-line gown designed with a sweetheart neckline and a chapel train.
A green gown was worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Rebecca Weber of New Hampshire.
Performing the duties of best man was Keith Heffner of Maryland.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, is an electrical engineer with the U.S. government in Alexandria, Va. She graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., and earned her master's in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.
The groom attended Youngstown State University and is presently attending Northern Community College in Sterling, Va. He is a music teacher at the Guitar Center.
