UThe Mercer County Bar Association is offering free legal advice to victims of the tornado that damaged portions of the county Sunday. Atty. John Reed, association president, said the offer covers things like replacing wills, deeds and other legal documents as well as helping people deal with repairmen who may be offering to fix damaged homes.
