One killed, two injured in van accident

YOUNGSTOWN -- A man died after the van he was driving crashed into a utility pole at Midlothian Boulevard and Zedaker Street Friday morning.
Angel L. Martinez, 57, of East Ravenwood Avenue, was westbound on Midlothian at 9:10 a.m. when he lost control of the van, possibly due to a heart attack, hit the pole off the right side of the road and was trapped inside, police said.
Martinez and his passengers, his wife, Anna, 44, and Damarin Cruz, 24, of Warhust Road, Campbell, were taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where both were in stable condition Friday evening.
