Daniel E. Stout, 45, Whipporwill Road, Diamond; driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jamal L. Pusey, 23, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of a weapon, cocaine possession, cocaine trafficking.
Billy English, 42, Silliman Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Derrick McIntosh, 33, Carroll Street, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Darla M. Orvets, 40, Emerson Place, Youngstown; heroin possession.
Edward L. DuBose, 21, Albert Street, Youngstown; heroin possession, cocaine possession, concealed weapon.
Jose Flores, 30, Shehy Street, Youngstown; heroin possession.
