City council approved these items Wednesday:
Authorized the board of control to provide a working capital loan from the city's minority loan program, not to exceed $20,000, to New Millennium Extraordinaire Inc.
Shift money in the Community Development Agency to provide $182,160 to CHOICE Homes to build seven new market-rate homes in the Beachwood Estates neighborhood.
Authorized the board of control to negotiate and acquire parcels of land on Tod Avenue and Irving Place to build a pump station for sanitary sewers.
Authorized the board of control to waive building permit and related fees for renovations to the Help Hotline Crisis Center.
Authorized the board of control to waive building permit and related fees for the West Side Sparkle Market.
Authorized the board of control to waive building permit and related fees for Industrial Waste Control in the Ohio Works Industrial Park.
