U David Skolnick's column in some editions Friday incorrectly stated Mahoning County Commissioner Vicki Allen Sherlock's ex-husband filed a contempt of court complaint saying she owes him $5,040 for child support. The complaint is for marital debt, not child support.
U Struthers police confiscated a hammer from Thomas N. Bergagna, 18, of Misty Woods Court, Struthers, on Oct. 20 and charged him with criminal damaging in an occurrence at a Rocky Ledge Lane home where two automobiles were vandalized. The Vindicator reported police confiscated pliers and a knife from Bergagna, but those were confiscated from Karl E. Gruhlkey, 18, of McKinley Way, Poland, who also was charged with criminal damaging.
