Ludwig M. Pascarella, 47, Ridgeview Lane, Poland; heroin possession, cocaine possession.
James R. Teter, 22, Mill Road, Berlin Center; felonious assault, improperly discharging firearm.
LaShawnda Perry, 28, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown; theft, tampering with records, falsification.
